What a first year usually involves

EOS

Sessions. About five full session days: a Focus Day, two Vision Building days, then quarterly sessions.

Cost. A five-figure investment in year one, charged per session day.

Suits. Companies of roughly 10 to 250 people adopting their first operating system.

Pinnacle

Sessions. Quarterly and annual sessions, with the toolset tailored to the business.

Cost. Comparable to an experienced EOS Implementer: five figures for most companies.

Suits. Mature teams, often graduates of a prescriptive system, who want the discipline with customized machinery.

How to choose a guide

  1. Certification level. Confirm the certification on their profile matches the official roster, and ask how long they have held it.
  2. Industries served. Ask for two examples of companies like yours and what changed in the first year.
  3. References from both seats. Talk to a Visionary and an Integrator they have guided. The two seats experience a guide very differently.
  4. In person or virtual. Most run sessions online and travel for key days. Decide what your leadership team actually needs.
  5. Fit with your leadership team. One session will tell you. The right guide makes the hardest conversation in the room easier, not softer.

Common questions

I am a guide in Georgia. How do I get listed?

You probably already are. Profiles are built from public certification directories. Search your name, claim the profile with your work email, and add your bio, photo and service regions. Reviews from your clients follow.

Why do reviews come from both the Visionary and the Integrator?

Because the two seats experience a guide differently. The Visionary sees vision and energy; the Integrator sees follow-through and accountability. A guide rated well by both is telling you something a single review cannot.

What is the difference between EOS and Pinnacle?

EOS gives every company the same fixed toolkit, run by the book. Pinnacle keeps the discipline but lets a guide tailor the tools to your business. First system: usually EOS. After a few years on EOS: Pinnacle is the common graduation.
