1. What RunsOn is
RunsOn is an independent directory and review platform for companies that run on a business operating system, and for the certified implementers, coaches, and guides who serve them. RunsOn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by EOS Worldwide, Scaling Up, Pinnacle Business Guides, System & Soul, or any other operating system owner. Their names and marks belong to them and are used only to describe what companies and guides actually run and hold.
2. Who may use RunsOn
You must be at least 18 and must sign in with a business email address. Consumer webmail addresses are not accepted. You may hold a seat at a company only if you actually hold that leadership role there, and you may claim a guide profile only if you are that person. Misrepresenting either is grounds for removal.
3. Company profiles
Company profiles are showcased, never rated. By creating a profile you confirm you are authorized to represent the company, that the information is accurate, and that you have the right to name the two people shown in its seats. Each company has at most two seats. We may verify companies against public records and may decline or remove listings that appear inauthentic.
4. Guide profiles
Guide profiles may be created by RunsOn from publicly available professional information, by a client company that names its guide, or by the guide directly. Until claimed, a profile shows only public facts. Guides may claim and edit their profile at any time. A profile that has no published reviews is removed on request through the request form within 15 business days. A profile with published reviews from verified client companies stays listed: those reviews are the clients' own statements about a professional service, and the guide controls the profile, may correct facts, may respond to reviews, and may dispute any review under the Review Guidelines. We verify certification claims against the relevant system's official directory before showing a verified badge. A verified badge reflects that check on the date it was made and is not a guarantee of current status.
5. Reviews
Reviews may be written only by a seat holder at a company with a confirmed engagement with the guide reviewed, and only once per seat. Reviews publish immediately and reflect the reviewer's honest opinion of their own experience. Reviewers are responsible for what they write. See the Review Guidelines. RunsOn does not write, edit for substance, or endorse reviews, and does not adopt them as its own statements. We may remove reviews that violate the guidelines or the law, and guides may dispute a review through the request form.
6. Introductions and paid features
Companies that opt in may receive introduction requests from certified guides through RunsOn. Contact details are exchanged only after the company accepts. RunsOn does not broker introductions to companies that already have a confirmed guide. Core profiles and reviews are free. RunsOn may introduce optional paid features in the future; any charge will be stated clearly before you incur it, and nothing you have already published will be taken down because a paid feature exists.
7. Email and consent
By creating an account, claiming a profile, or accepting an invitation, you consent to RunsOn contacting you by email about the platform: your profile and seat, activity that concerns you, new features, community events, partner offerings, research, and the operation of the service. You may unsubscribe from anything that is not required to run your account at any time using the link in the message, and we honor that within ten business days. Messages needed to operate your account, such as sign-in links, invitations you or your colleagues requested, and notices about your own profile, continue while your account exists. RunsOn serves companies and guides across the United States and Canada. RunsOn sends transactional email: sign-in links, invitations you or a colleague or guide requested, and notices about your own profile. Invitations to third parties are sent once, in the name of the person who requested them, and include a way to decline further contact. We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and applicable privacy law. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Your content and our license
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant RunsOn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on and in connection with the platform, including in search results and summaries. You may not post content you do not have the right to post, content that is false, defamatory, or infringing, or content that reveals another person's private information.
9. Acceptable use
No scraping, harvesting of contact information, automated account creation, or attempts to manipulate rankings, counts, or reviews. No impersonation. No using RunsOn to send unsolicited commercial messages.
10. Disclaimers and liability
RunsOn is provided as is. Listings, badges, counts, and reviews are provided for information and reflect what users and public sources have told us on a given date. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user content or the quality of any guide or company. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunsOn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or reliance on content posted by others. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid RunsOn in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts, profiles, or content that violate these terms. Sections 5, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing law
RunsOn is operated by a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario. Nothing in these terms limits consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the state or province where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
